Delivery times, shipping costs and how to return an item.
Free shipping over $99
Orders of $99 or more ship free by ground within the contiguous United States. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $9.95.
Quick dispatch
In-stock orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day.
30-day returns
Return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping
- Contiguous US — Standard Ground: $9.95, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Free Ground Shipping: on orders of $99 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Canada: flat $24.95, typically 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes, if any, are paid by the recipient.
- Large or heavy items such as generators, compressors and rolling tool cabinets may ship by LTL freight; we will contact you if a delivery appointment is needed.
- Fuel-powered equipment ships without fuel, and some aerosol or flammable products can only ship by ground.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it under My Account → Orders.
Returns
- Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
- To start a return, email info@directharborsupply.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- Once approved, we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
- Fuel-powered equipment that has been run, opened chemicals and adhesives, and cut-to-length or custom items cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Warranty
Products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We are happy to help you contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
