Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, open the cart and continue to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your details and follow your orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@directharborsupply.com or +1 (305) 367-8076. If your order has not shipped yet, we will gladly update or cancel it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our site runs on an encrypted SSL connection, and payment details are handled by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers.
Do you offer bulk or contractor pricing?
Yes. Visit Pro & Bulk Orders or email us your list for a quote.
Products
Are your products new and genuine?
Yes. We sell new, authentic products in their original packaging.
Do cordless tools include batteries?
Only when the product title says “Kit”. Items marked “Tool Only” do not include a battery or charger.
Is my product covered by a warranty?
All products carry their manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us and we will help you start a warranty claim.
Shipping & returns
How much is shipping?
US orders of $99 or more ship free by ground. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $9.95. Canada is a flat $24.95. See Shipping & Returns.
How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch. Freight items may take a little longer.
What is your return policy?
New, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number to start a return.

Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is available. An account makes reordering and tracking easier.
